新洁尔灭等四因子复合杀芽胞方法的研究

摘　　要：按正交法进行试验表明，热力（５０℃）、甲醛、碳酸钠－碳酸氢钠缓冲液和新洁尔灭４因子复合杀芽胞法，可在１０分钟内完全杀灭布片上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞。On the basis of previous study on potentiating effect of single factor on sporicidal actionof bromogeramine,experiment on the sporicidal effect of combination of 4 agents,includingheat,formaldehyde,alkaline buffer and bromogeramine,on spores of Bacillus subtilisvar.niger(ATCC 9372)was carried out.The result of experiment according to orthogonalmethod of 4 factors and 3 levels indicated that the optimal combination was 50℃(heat),2%formaldehyde,0.4% bromogeramine and alkaline buffer(Sodium carbonate-sodium bicar-bonate,pH 10.5).Such combination could kill the spores completely in 10 min.The order ofimportance in the combination was formaldehyde>heat>alkaline buffer>bromogeramine. The experiment also indicated that the three alkaline buffers having same pH(10.5)but different components showed different potentiating effects on bromogeramine.
