乐檬馨杀菌清洁剂杀菌性能的实验观察

摘　　要：乐檬馨杀菌清洁剂主要含二甲基辛基氯化铵与二甲基乙基苄基氯化铵等成分。以其１：５０稀释液于常温下作用１０分钟，对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌均可杀灭９９．９％以上。其杀菌作用随浓度增加，作用时间延长、温度升高而增强，随有机物增加而减弱。稳定性良好。Lemengxin germicitial detergent contains alkyl dimethyl benzylammoninm chloride andalkyl dimethyl ethylbenzylammonium chloride(9%),surfactant, etc. Its germicidal activitywas observed in laborator.The results showed that at 20℃, its 1 :50 diluted solution with a 10 minute contact time could kill more than 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,and its 1 : 40 diluted solution used for wiping the table twice for 30 minutescould kill 99.93% of Staphylococcus aureus artificially contaminating the table. The tests for influencing factors indicated that the germicidal efficacy increased with in-creasing concentration of the germicidal detergent,prolonging the contact time and raisingtemperature, while it decreased with increasing concentration of organic substance. Thegermicidal detergent is packed in sealed plastic bottle. Its germicidal efficacy did not decreaseafter storage at 56℃ for 2 weeks.
