摘 要:经测试,在醇、醛、酚、酮、酪、酸、盐与表面活性剂等8类51种化合物中各选1种与洗必泰不形成沉淀,且有杀菌作用的化合物与洗必泰进行协同杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌试验。其中以含丙醇、苯酚、苯甲酸钠、新洁尔灭等的复方效果较好。文中还报道了成分配比、复方中剩留洗必泰量对杀菌作用的影响。The synergistic germicidal actions of chlorhexidine with eight chemicals belonging to al-cohols,aldehydes,phenols,ketones,esters,acids,salts and surfectants respectively was stu-died in laboratory.The chemicals studied are cinnamaldehyde,propanol,bromogeramine,phenol,sodium bezoate,acetone,diethyl malonate and oxalic acid.Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were used as test organisms.The results indicated that the chemicals showing good synergistic effect withchlorhexidine on S.aureus and E.only propanol,sodium benzoate,bromogeramine and phenol.The optimal concentrations of chlorhexidine in the compound disinfectants were esti-mated.The relationship between the germicidal efficacy and the quantity of residualchlorhexidine in the compound disinfectant was also discussed.
