rhuGM-CSF刺激血液系统恶性疾病白细胞生长

摘　　要：３２例白血病化疗和骨髓异常增生综合征（ＭＤＳ）病人应用重组人粒细胞－巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ｒｈｕＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）后白细胞变化：将上述病例分为白血病化疗组１９例和ＭＤＳ组１３例。化疗组病人在化疗开始后ｄ９．５白细胞降至１．０３７×１０＾－９／Ｌ时给予ｒｈｕＧＭ－ＣＳＦ３００μｇ／ｄ皮下注射３－１０ｄ，其白细胞在ｄ１５升至３．０５０×１０＾９／Ｌ。白细胞恢复时间较对照组提前１０ｄ。The leukocyte changes with administration of rhuGM-CSF in 32 patients with leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were reported. They were divided into chemotherapeutic group of leukemia consists of 19 patients and MDS group consists of 13 patients. In the first group rhuGM-CSF was given after 9. 5 days of chemotherapy, in a dose of 300μg/d ,for a period of 3-10 days by subcutaneous route. The leukocyte count increased from 1. 037×109/L at the beginning of treatment to 3. 050× 109/L at the 15th day of treatment. The recovery time of leukocyte was 10 days in advance of that in the control group (P<0. 01). In the MDS group, the leukocyte count increased from 1. 118×109/L at the beginning of treatment to 2. 291×109/L after 10 days of treatment with the drug (P<0. 05). Therefore, it can be concluded that rhuGM-CSF is helpful in shortening the period of leukopenia due to chemotherapy and MDS.
