摘　　要：噻氯匹定是一种高效血小板聚集抑制剂。近年来国外研究发现它在临床使用的过程中存在着严重的副作用：如中性粒细胞缺乏症、血小板减少症、肝毒性、胃肠道反应和皮肤过敏反应。尤为严重的是出现了骨髓抑制，死亡率为１／１００００００～１／２００００００。Ticlopidine is a new platelet aggregation inhibitor.Recently severe adversedrug reations have been found in its clinical uses by abroad studies:such as agranulocytosis,throm-bocytopenia,liver dysfunction,gastrointestinal complaints,and skin allergic reactions,The evenserious reaction of this drug is bone marrow depression with a mortility rate of 1/1000000 to 1/2000000.
