摘　　要：本文为社区人群生活质量系列研究之一。在湖南省有代表性的六个地区城乡分层随机采样４８００户家庭，对自编的多维生活质量问卷进行了心理测量学的检验。结果表明，本问卷具有一定的信度、效度与敏感性，可适用于社区普通人群成人生活质量的评估工具，研究特定人群（如老人、慢性病人等）生活质量综合评定工具时，也可作为参考。Based on the theory and methodology in developing rating scale,a new self adiministeredquality of life inventory(QOLI)for general population in community ,including 11 items grouped into fourdimentions ,ws designed and tested with 8550 urban and rural casees by stratified random cluster sampling inHunan province Chian. Of the 112 items , 64 items were found to be highly representative of QOLY by meansof item scale corretation,cluster analysis and factor analysis.Then the QOLl constituted with these selected 64items was tested for its reliability ,validity , and sensitivity. The test retest coefficients reliability ,validity ,andsensitivity. The test retest coefficients ranged from0.84 to 0.93, internal consistency coefficients ranged from0. 66 to 0.69 , and item total correlations were found to be adequate. Also ,the outcome indicated that theconstruct and criteria related validities for QOLI were satisfactory. Factor analysis identified 11 factorsaccounting for 64.4%of the total variance, which could be grouped into four dimentions that we called“physical”,“Psychological”,“Socia”,and“Living Condition”. Meanwhile,QOLI was sensitive is differentiatingdifferent subpopulation.
