摘　　要：我院收治64例结核瘤,采用非手术和手术两种治疗方法,应用CT检查,诊断和疗效都有显著提高。在CT连续监测下颅内结核瘤可先试用非手术治疗;很多病例可以治愈,已引起颅内压显著增高的多发性结核瘤,只切除引起颅内压增高的主要病灶,剩余的结核瘤亦可以用药物治愈。This paper reports the 64 cases of intracranial tuberculoma. The clinical characteristics of this disease were as follow,(1) 84.4% of these patients were young adults;(2) The incidence of seizure was higher when tuberculoma was situated in the cerebral hemisphere than in other places;(3) Angiogram showed an avascular area surrunded by cramped vessels;(4) Some highly vasculated areas or nodules were always showed in the enhanced CT scan. Monitoring by serial CT scan medical treatment might be chosen as the initial trial and most of the patients might be cured. Surgery is necessary if one suffers from multiple tuberculoma with severe intracranial hypertension or fails in conservative therapy. On the other hand only the main tuberculoma which causes high ICP can be removed by surgery, the remainder are expected to be cleaned up with antituberculosis drugs.The pre and post-operative antituberculosis treatment for enough time are stressed. In this series,79.7% of cases were cured or improved,mortality was 20.3%.
