赌博行为初探

摘　　要：本文用自行设计的赌博行为问卷对已知近半年内有打牌行为者２００例进行调查，按分数高低顺序把被调查者均分为两组。发现在性别和年龄分布上两组无显著差异，在职业上个体户嗜好程度最高，工农次之，干部知识分子最低，均有显著性差异。嗜好程度高组输赢数量与低组有显著差异。高组易导致家庭社会关系恶化，形成＂赌瘾＂并可发生＂戒断症状＂。对赌博的预防和病理性赌博的诊断提出若干建议。Two hundred subjects who had behavior of card playing were investigated with a questionaire which was designed by ourselves. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the hobby degree for card playing. We found that there was no significant difference between both sexes and age distribution.Hobby degree was significantly higher in the workers and farmers than the cadres and intellectuals,and self -employed laborers were significantly higher than workers and farmers. There were significant difference between subjects with high and low hobby degree in gambling behavior and the amount of gain and loss. The formers easily cause family-social relations worse. ' withdraw symptoms' in both somatic and psychological aspects were serious in these subjects when gambling behavior stopped. Some suggestions have been raised in prevention for gambling and diagnosis of pathological gambling.
