摘  要:应用低铁饮食建立了缺铁性贫血大鼠模型,用MG-2型三等分辐射式迷宫检测了大鼠的学习记忆能力的改变,透射电镜下观察了海马CA3区超微结构的改变。结果显示缺铁性贫血大鼠的学习记忆能力明显降低,海马CA3区星型胶质细胞的足突明显肿胀,细胞器基本消失,神经细胞的核染色质聚集成块,核内呈低电子密度变性,胞浆内细胞器减少。提示缺铁性贫血大鼠海马超微结构的改变是其学习记忆能力障碍的物质基础之一。The main purpose of this work was to identify the effect of iron deficency anemia on learning and memory ability andits relationship to ultrastructural changes in hippocampal CA3 area.An iron deficient diet(11.9mg/kg)was used to make an animal model of iron deficency anemia(IDA).It was shown that the learning and memory ability of the experimental group was adversely affected. The processes of astorcytes swelled obviously and organelles disappeared unedr the TEM in anemic rats.There were myelinoid bodies and vacuoles in the processes.Low density degeneration of the necleus and eisrupted organells in neurones were also found.The result suggests that iron deficiency anemia could cause learning and memory deficitits,whih may partly result from ultrastructural changes in the brain.
