摘  要:本文测定了9个脊柱功能单位(functional spinal unit,FSU)的抗压强度,结果表明后部结构切除使腰椎抗压强度降低。本文指出手术中应尽量减少对后部结构的破坏,保持腰椎的稳定。Measurements of compressive strength of lumbar spine were performed in nine functional spinal units (FSU). It was divided into group A (normal FSU), B (total laminectomy and partial facetectomy) and C (total laminectomy and total facetectomy).The results showed that there were significant difference between 3 groups.The posterior structure is important in bearing compression load. so it should be interfered as less as possible to preserve the stability of lumbar spine.
