太白楤木的生药学研究及化学成分分析

摘　　要：提出了太白木的原植物及生药的主要性状鉴别特征，初步查清其分布区；经组织和粉末研究发现，石细胞、纤维、簇晶、分泌道、淀粉粒及叶下表皮细胞形成的突起等为其主要的显微鉴定特征；含量测定结果表明根皮、茎皮及叶中齐墩果酸的含量分别为５．２４％，４．５８％及１．０３％；根皮挥发油中含有以檀香脑、十六酸等为主的２５种成分。This article deals with pharmacognostical study and chemical analysis of Araliataibaiensis Z.Z. Wang et H.C. Zheng, Main identification features of the original plant and itscrude drug were described,and a survey of distribution area of the original plant was also made;histological and powder identification shows that stone cell ,fiber,cluster crystal,secretory canal,starch grain,and towering leaf lower epidermal cell are principal microscopic identification chrac-teristics; assay of oleanolic acid shows the content in root cortex,stem bark and leaf are respec-tively 5. 24%,4. 58%,1. 03%, Chemical analysis indicates essential oil from root cortex containsat least 25 consittuent in which santalol,hexadecanoic acid etc. are the major ingredients.
