大蓟叶的显微鉴别研究

摘　　要：中药大蓟系来源于中国蓟ＣｉｒｓｉｕｍｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｅＧａｒｄｎ．ｅｔＣｈａｍｐ．和日本蓟ＣｉｒｓｉｕｍｊａｐｏｎｉｃｕｍＦｉｓｃｈ．ｅｘＤＣ．的全草，两者的生药相似，难于区别。为此对内者的叶进行显微鉴别研究。结果表明，两者叶的表皮、叶肉、中脉、维管束等均有差异，列出了显微鉴别要点检索表供鉴别依据。Cirsium japonicum Fisch.ex CD. and C. chinense Gardn. et Champ. have mainly beenused in traditional Chinese medicine as Daji.Because the herbal drugs derived from the abovespecies are similar to each other ,it is difficult to distinguish them. In this paper,the leaves fromC. japonicum and C. chinense are studied and described by microscope in detail. It is found that thedifferences of epidermis,lamina,midrib and vascullar bundle are useful for distinguishing the twomedicinal plants.A key for the identification of two drugs is also presented with line drawings.
