摘  要:从动物实验角度研究了外源性谷胱甘肽(GSH)对汞分布的影响。结果表明:染汞同时投入GSH后,甲状腺、肝汞浓度与单纯染汞组比较各剂量组均减小,且有显著差异。肾汞低、中剂量组投GSH后肾汞含量下降,其中低剂量组下降明显。提示,外源性GSH可降低组织中汞含量,对汞中毒防治有重要理论及实践意义。he study was focused on the effect of exogenous glutathione(GSH)on the distribution of mercuryfrom the point of view of animal experiment. The results showed that when GSH was administered atthe same time of mercury exposure, the concentration of mercury in thyroid and liver decrease in eachgroup of different dose compared with the simple mercury exposure group significantly. After GSH wasadministered, the content of mercury in kidney decrease in low and middle dose group, especially in thelow dose group. All the results indicated that exogenous glutathione could decrease the content of mer-cury in tissues. It is of great theoretical and practical significance in prevention and cure of mercury poi-son.
