胰岛素样生长因子在人前列腺增生症中作用的探讨

摘　　要：应用免疫组化方法完成了胰岛素样生长因子（ＩＧＦ－Ⅰ）在４８例人前列腺增生中的组织定位。组织经４％甲醛固定，石蜡包理。ＩＧＦ－Ⅰ免疫反应主要定位于腺体基底层上皮细胞浆内，阳性染色也见于腺体分泌上皮、鳞状化生上皮、平滑肌细胞和神经纤维细胞内。证实：ＩＧＦ－Ⅰ存在于前列腺增生患者的前列腺组织中，并且与前列腺增生的发病有一定关系。he insulin-like growth factor-I( IGF-I)in a polypeptide which plays an important role ingrowth and development of the organism.We investigated the immunohistologic localization of IGF-Iin 48 human prostatic hyperplasia fixed with 4%paraformaldehyde solution and embedded in paraffin.The immunoreactivity of IGF-I was mainly localized in cytoplasm of the basal layer epithelium.Thepositive staining was found also in the glandular secretory epithelium,metaplastic squamous epitheliumsmooth muscle cells and nervous cells.The present study demonstrated that IGF-I was present in pro-static tissue from patients with prostatic hyperplasia and that IGF-I was related to pathogenesis of pro-static hyperplasia.
