蛋白激酶C及其抑制剂在输精管平滑肌舒缩中的作用

摘　　要：对输精管平滑肌中分离的蛋白激酶Ｃ（ＰＫＣ）抑制剂的生理作用进行了研究。应用放射自显形方法证明、此抑制剂对输精管平滑肌中ＰＫＣ底物－４０ＫＤ蛋白的磷酸化有明显抑制作用；并用免疫印迹电泳法确定了输精管中ＰＫＣ亚型为ε亚型。以上结果在明，输精管平滑肌中ＰＫＣ抑制剂通过与ＰＫＣ－ε的相互作用，参与对平滑肌舒张与收缩的调控，还可能参与细胞分泌等细胞运动功能。e studied the physiological significance of the inhibitor of PKC purified from smooth muscle in vasdeferens.Autoradiography showed that the inhibitor could suppress the phosphorylation of 40KD pro-tein,the substrate of PKC in smooth muscle of vas deferens.The PKC subspecies in smooth muscle ofvas deferens was determined to be by Westem blot. These results indicated that through crosstalk withPKC-,the inhibitor might take part in the regulation of contraction and relaxation of smooth muscleand might be involved in cellular functions such as secretion and protoplasmic streaming,etc.
