摘  要:本研究观察了大鼠急性心肌梗塞(AMI)早期血浆内皮素(ET)与血液流变学的变化及卡托普利对其影响。结果显示,AMI后6h血浆ET水平显著升高,血液流变学明显异常;卡托普利治疗能明显抑制ET的增高,改善血液流变性,缩小心肌梗塞范围。提示ET及血液流变学的早期改变在AMI后的病理生理中可能有重要作用,卡托普利降低AMI早期血浆ET水平,改善血液流变性,可能是其治疗AMI作用机制之一。Changes of plasma endothelin(ET), hemorrheology,and the effect of captopril were studied in the early phase of experimental acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in rats by ligation of the left coronary artery.24 rats were equally divided into 3 groups,namely sham operation, AMI,and AMI+captopril. Plasma ET was measured by radioimmunoassay after extraction by C18 column. The results showed that plasma ET levels significantly elevated, and hemorrheologic changes were clearly abnormal in the early phase of AMI. Captopril administration significantly decreased plasma ET,normalized the hemorrheologic parameters,and reduced myocardial infarct size. The results suggest that the early changes of plasma ET and hemorrheology play important roles in the pathophysiology of AMI,and also that captopril can inhibit the increase of ET,improve the hemorrheologic properties,and thus is beneficial to AMI.
