摘  要:甘糖酯(PGMS)是一种新的类肝素海洋药物。本文通过培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞,观察甘糖酯对过氧化损伤内皮细胞的培养上清液中丙二醛、内皮素和6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量的影响。结果表明:PGMS保护组与对照组相比,培养上清液中6-酮-前列腺素F1α含量明显增高,丙二醛和内皮素含量下降。提示PGMS对过氧化损伤内皮细胞有一定保护作用,可能在抗动脉粥样硬化上有一定效应。Progylene glycol mannate sulfate(PGMS)is a new heparinoid marine agent.The effect of PGMS(12.5,25,50,100 and 200 μg/ml,n=6 wells for each concentration)on the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),endothelin(ET)and 6-Keto-PGF1α in the supernatant of cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells injured by peroxidation were studied.The results showed that in the PGMS groups,the 6-keto-PGF1α content was higher,but the ET and MDA contents in the supernatant were lower than those of the peroxidatively injured controls(n=12 wells,p<0. 05-0.001).PGMS of 100 μg/ml showed the best protection based on cell morphology or the increase of 6-keto-PGF1α and decrease of MDA and ET in the supernatants.The results indicate that PGMS has protective action on vasecular endothelial cells injured by peroxidation in vitro,and this may be one of the mechanisms of PGMS in anti-atherosclerosis.
