粗毛型长毛兔选育研究

摘　　要：以杂交育种的方法，在德系长毛兔中导人粗毛率高的基因，经过三代以上的杂交，所获得杂种粗毛兔１２００只，平均粗毛率１４．０９％，年产毛量７４４克。从中途出粗毛率高、产毛量高的粗毛型兔２５０只进行横交固定，经过四个世代选育后已进入五世代，其生产性能如下：平均产活仔数７．２９±２．４８只，２１天泌乳力达２０８２±５８．５克，４２日龄断奶个体重达１０８０±１４５克，６月龄体重达３４０５±６５克，８月龄体重达４１４５±３４０克，１１月龄体重达４４００±３９２克，粗毛率达１５．５６％±４．９１％，产毛量达８８０±４０克，均达到和超过原定选育指标。粗毛型长毛兔经过八年的培育，其遗传性状已基本趋于稳定。运用半同胞组内内相关系数的方法测定：粗毛率的遗传力为０．１３４，产毛量的遗传力为０．２９５，与德系长毛兔产毛量遗传力０．３相近，初生个体重、２１天窝重、断奶个体重的遗传力分别为０．１１７、０．２３３、０．１６１，粗毛率与产毛量的遗传相关系数为０．１３１，表型相关系数为０．１４７，均呈正相关。According to crossbreeding,the genes with high coarse一wool rate are induced to Germanyangora rabbit.The 1, 200 rabbits which are gotten through three generations breeding have thecoarse一wool rate of 14.09%and 744 g woolproduction on average. 250 of them with highcoarse一wool rate and high wool production are selected to fix. After 4 generations breeding,theirpreductivities are as follow. The average of survial number at birth,the milking capacity at 21days,the individual weaning weight at 42 days,the individual weight at 6,811 months, the rateof coarse一wool and the wool production are 7.29±2.48 head,2082 ±58.59,1080±1459,3405±659,4145±3409,4400±3929,15.5614.91%and 880±40 g resp,All of them areon or super the expected breediiig indexes. The genetic character of coarse一wool rabbit have gradually stablized after 8 years.Mea-sured by the methdof inter一class correlation coefficient between the half 一sib. Heritability forthe rate of coarse wool is 0.134 and wool production is 0.295 which is similar to that of Gemanyangora rabbit whose heritability is 0.3,The other,such as the individual weight at birth,the litterweight at 21 days,the individual weight at weaning are 0.117,0.233,0.161,resp. The geneticand phenotypic corelation coefficients between the coarse一wool rate and wool production are0.131,0.147,resp. BOth are positive.
