氟哌酸微球的研究

摘　　要：本文以醋酸纤维等为包囊材料，采用相凝聚法制备了氟哌酸微球。考察了微球的制备条件，对其体外溶出、体外抑菌、灭菌实验进行了研究。结果表明，微球主药含量５１．７４％，体外溶出２４小时仅释放３０％的药物。氟派酸微球对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显抑制作用。In this study, Norfloxacin microcapsule was preparated by coacervation-phase seperation technique with acetylcellulose as coating material.The condition of preparation process,dissolution property in vitro,antibacterial activity in vitro and the sterilization experiment were studied.The results showed that the microcapsule contained 51.74% of basic drug and only 30% of the drug could be released in 24 hours,Norfloxacin showed significant bacteriostatic effect on S,aureus.
