简易实用的抗HBsEIA诊断药盒的研制及其在新兵体检中的应用

摘　　要：研制了一种价廉、质量稳定、操作简便、特别适用于基层部队和广大农村的抗ＨＢｓＥＩＡ诊断药盒，该药盒４℃下保存３个月与新制备药盒性能相似。用本药盒与市售精装药盒对比检测４４９份新兵血清标本，一致率为９８．８９％，阳性率（３０．５％，１３７／４４９）略高于市售药盒（２９．４％，１３２／４４９）。阳性标本经中和试验证明特异性良好。A new kit for detecting anti-HBs was developed.This kit has a high specificity,sensitivity and stability,and it is imple and economical to perform.After stored at 4℃ for 3 months the kit had about the same efficiency,compared with the new one.By using new kit and commercial kit to detecting anti-HBs in 449 sera samples of the new soldiers,the positive rate was 30.5%(137/449) and 29.4%(132/449),respectively,and the coincident rate was 98.89%.
