摘 要:应用沙土鼠制成脑缺血再灌流的模型,研究中性粘多糖(NM)对其脑组织的影响。提示NM可通过某些途径抑制或消除氧自由基,阻止脂质过氧化反应,具有保护内源性SOD和抗氧化作用。After the bilateral carotid occluded for 60 min and reperfusion for 30min, lipid peroxidation(LPO),superoxide dimutase(SOD) activity of brain homogenate of the gerbil were determined. The results showed that SOD activity decreased and LPO increased slightly when the cerebral ischemia happened. After reperfusion. SOD activity decreased contionously but LPO elevated apparently. Compared with the control of reperfusion,pretreatment of gerbils with neutral mucopolysaccharide was observed, SOD activity recovered to normal and LPO decreased remarkably. While compared with staich group, neutral mucopolysaccharide increased SOD activity and decreased LPO. Staich did not show these functions. These results suggested that neutral mucopolysaccharide had antioxygenic effect and protective effect on ischemical brain damage.
