摘　　要：Ｎ＿ω一硝基一Ｌ一精氨酸甲基酯对电刺激毁脑脊髓大鼠交感神经诱发缩血管作用的影响金万宝，孙玉斌，关福兰（中国医科大学药理学教研室，沈阳１１０００１）Ｆｕｒｃｈｇｏｔｔ等［１］在１９８０年首次提出内皮细胞舒血管因子（ｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉｕｍ－ｄｅｒｉｖｅｄ...The effect of Nω-nitro-L-argininemethyl ester(L-NAM E),one of arginine analoguesand inhibitors of NO synthase,on pressor responseelicited by sympathetic nerve stimulation in the pit-hed rats was investigated.L-NAM E(1, 0,3.0,10.0mg·kg-1)significantly enhanced pressor response in-duced by sympathetic nerve stimulation with 1,4, 16Hz frequencv and the effect was dose-dependent.Itsuggests that norepinephrine released from sympathet-ic nerve tenninal could lead to the produce of NO inendothelial cells which mocdulate repressively thepressor response to sympathetic nerve stimulation.
