摘　　要：以２，３－二甲基吡啶为原料，用经济简便的方法，经六步化学反应，合成得到质子泵抑制剂２－［３－甲基－４（２，２，２－三氟乙氧基）－２－吡啶基］－亚磺酰基－１Ｈ－苯并咪唑（兰索拉唑）．对合成过程中重要的反应进行了改进，使反应条件与后处理方法优于文献报道，能更经济合理地用于生产。有关中间体及产物均经理化常数及波谱分析确证结构，与文献报道一致。The proton pump inhibitor,2-[3-methyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-2-pyridyl methyl]sulfinyl-1H-benzimidazole, AG-1749(Lansoprazole)was synthesized via 6 steps of reactions from the starting material,2,3-Lutidine. The improved synthetic route is more convenient and economical in industrial production than that reported. The structure of the synthetic intermediates and the Lansoprazole were identified by the spectroscopic analysis.
