二氢埃托啡使用情况的调查分析

摘　　要：本文调查了二氢埃托啡（ＤＨＥ）１９９２年８月－１９９４年４月的消耗量，结果表明ＤＨＥ在１９９３年２月及１９９３年３月的消耗量骤增，出现巨大高峰，说明ＤＨＥ在管理前有明显社会流失。１９９３年４月对ＤＨＥ进行管理后月消耗量迅速下降到最低值，随后稳定在低水平，社会流失得到控制。对ＤＨＥ管理后全年病房处方（１９９年４月－１９９４年３月，共２２３张）进行调查分析，中老年（５１－７０ａ）内科患者使用最多，男性患者为女性患者的２．３倍。单次剂量２０－４０ｇ的处方频率最高（９８．７％）；日剂量平均为３５．９６ｇ±ｓ２５．２５ｇ（２０－１８０ｇ），用量适当；但用药天数偏多，日数＞７ｄ的处方占６３．７％，应进一步加强管理。ＤＨＥ的药物使用指数（ＤＵＩ＝０．５６）小于１，说明未超量使用。Monthly consumptions of dihydroctorphine(DHE) from August 1992 toApril 1994 were surveyed. The results showed that the DHE consumptions during February1993 and March 1993 increased suddenly, and a large curve peak appeared, indicating thatthere had been a social loss of DHE before it was under management (April 1993). Aftermanagement on DHE. the monthly consumption decreased rapidly to the lowest level, andafter that they were kept at a steady low level. The social loss of DHE has been controledeffectively. The whole year prescriptions of DHE from April 1993 to March 1994 were alsoinvestigated and analysed. The total prescriptions were 223 pieces. The middle and old agedpatients (51 - 70 years old) of Medicine Department used DHE most oftenly. Male patientsused DHE (2. 3 times) more than female patients did. The prescription frequency of 20 - 40g single dose was the most (98. 7% ). The average daily dose was 35. 96 g ± s 25. 25 g(20 - 180 g). The dosage used was appropriate. The prescription days were on the greaterside (days >7 d, 63. 7% ). Management should be potentiated. The DUI of DHE was 0. 56(n = 223), DUI<1. It showed that there existed no overdose utilization of DHE.
