中药福康片与盐酸可乐定治疗阿片类戒断症状的临床对照研究／

摘　　要：本文对随机分组的３１２例海洛因依赖者服用中药福康片和可乐定治疗１０ｄ以对比二者抗阿片类戒断症状的作用强度。研究结果表明中药福康片可控制常见的戒断症状。福康片组戒断症状强度逐日递减的总分优于可乐定组，以控制流涕和改善睡眠较为突出。副作用有口干、眼花、恶心或意识障碍，少数病例出现心电图异常。Fukang plan(FKP) is a compound of Chinese herbs used for alleviatingopiate withdrawal symptoms. The statistic data of this study indicate that the totalscore change of withdrawal syndrome from the baseline of FKP group is better thanclonidine's. FKP's efficacy on the rhinorrhea and insomnia is more significant. Sideeffects occurred including dry mouth, blurred vision, dizziness. fatigue. palpitation,consciousness disturb.ances and abnormal findings of ECG of two patients. Mechanismof FKP and its effects need further study.
