摘  要:本文介绍一种通过静脉途径给药建立身体依赖性动物模型的快速方法。该方法采用电脑控制,定时自动进行静脉给药,取代了传统的人工定时给药的过程。具有实验精度高、实验样本量小、经济、省力的特点。我们利用该方法建立了72h静脉给药阿片类大鼠身体依赖性模型,各实验组的戒断症状分值为:吗啡组85.9s7.5;海洛因组86.4 s19.1;OMF组45.4 s10.2;DHE组41.4 s7.2,均明显高于盐水对照组(P<0.01),表明所建立的大鼠身体依赖性模型稳定、可靠。An animal model for rapidly developing physical dependence throughautomatical intravenous injection in rats was introduced. With characteristics of highprecision, small samples, economy and effectiveness, computer controlling and automatical timer in j ecting were adopted Instead of traditional manual means. In this way,animal models of 72 -- hour automatical intravenous injection of opiate in rats were developed. The withdrawal scores of 4 opiate -- dependent rat groups were: MorphineGroup 85. 9 r s 7. 5; Heroin Group 86. 4 1 s 19. 1; OMF Group 45.4 = s 10.2; DHE Group41. 4 r s 7. 2. All the groups showed significant differences compared with the scores ofSaline Group(P < 0. 01). The results indicated that the developed rat model is both stableand reliable.
