摘 要:利用目标因子分析(TFA)-紫外可见分光光度法对新药诺氟沙星针剂与甲硝哇、维生素C的配伍静滴体系进行了定量分析。所含组分的回收率为90.6%~107.7%。这一结果表明,配伍后各组分的紫外吸收光谱具有良好的加和性。还讨论了波长范围、波长间隔对测定结果的影响,并同人工神经网络法所得结果作了比较,结果计算值基本相同。The UV-spectra data of some compatability systems consisting of proloxacin injec-tion,metronidazole injection and vitamin C injection were measured.The concentrations of thecomponents in the systems were also determined by using target factor analysis successfully.Theresults showed that medicines may keep independent each other in the compatability systems andthat they may also keep their own pharmacological properties in the systems, Effects of wave-length range and the selected sampling interval on the calculated results were discussed,and theresults were compared with those obtained by artificial neural network.
