新型结肠造影剂的临床应用

摘　　要：新型结肠造影剂是由硫酸钡、助悬剂、分散剂和防腐剂按最佳配比而制成的成品化硫酸钡混悬液。采用一次性容器灌装，具有盛装、灌排、代肛管等多种功能。根据稳定性、混悬性、复悬性、附着性、流动性等考查结果，证明本刊剂性能良好，病人易耐受，无副反应，细小病变显像清晰，检出直径可达１～３ｍｍ。各影像标准全部符合诊断要求。临床６２６例应用结果表明，新型造影剂对防止交叉感染，简化检查方法，缩短检查时间，减少Ｘ线照射，特别是对提高结肠病变的放射诊断质量具有实用价值。This new type of contrast medium for colon exanunation is a kind of barium sul-phate suspension,a mixture of barium sulphate,suspension agent,dispersing agent and antisepticagent in appropriate proportions,installed in containers which are to be discarded after examina-tion. This preparation can be used for insuflation,enema and drainage,substituting anal tube andinsuflation ballon. The results showed that this preparation functioned perfectly and vvas easilytolerated to side effects. Tiny lesions of 1～3mm in size were clearly demonstrated. The prepara-tion met the demands of diagnosis. The results of 626 clinical cases demonstrated that this con-trast medium is effective in preventing cross infection,simplitfying diagnosis,shonening examina-tion time,reducing ionizing radiation and,especially in improving the diagnosis of colon lesion.
