消癌灵对荷瘤小鼠胸腺及超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了消癌灵对荷瘤（Ｓ１８０）小鼠胸腺及超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性的影响。结果表明，荷瘤小鼠胸腺重量及ＳＯＤ活性均较正常对照组小鼠明显降低（Ｐ分别＜０．００１和＜０．０１）；而在灌服消癌灵的荷瘤小鼠中，其胸腺重量及ＳＯＤ活性均显著增高（Ｐ均＜０．０５），提示胸腺萎缩和ＳＯＤ活性下降与肿瘤的发生、发展有密切关系。消癌灵能增强荷瘤小鼠的胸腺重量及ＳＯＤ活性水平，调动机体内在的抗癌能力，对防治癌症具有一定的意义。The effect of Xiaoailing on the thymus andsuperoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of mice bearing tumor was studied in this article. The results showed that the weight of thymus and SOD activity of mice bearing tumor decreased compared with those of mice in the controlgroup.(P<0.001 and P<0. 01). But for themice bearing tumor treated with Xiaoailing, theweight of thymus and SOD activity increasedappearantly (P<0.005), which suggested thatthe artophy of thymus and decrease of SOD activity had great influence on the tumor growth.As a result,Xiaoailing could help to increase theweight of thymus and the level of SOD activity, enhancing the anticancerous ability.
