乙型肝炎前S疫苗在大学生中二年的免疫原性和安全性评价

摘　　要：将大学生２４４名血清感染指标均阴性者随机分为３组，分别接种三步灭活和加热灭活疫苗，并设对照组，进行二年的免疫效果的对比观察。结果两疫笛水平一致。首免后７个月（全程免疫后），前者抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率为８９；７％，几何平均滴度５４９．６９ｍＩＵ／ｍｌ。后者不同批号抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率各为１００％和９３．３％，１４μｇ组显著高于前者同剂量组外，１、２年均无差异。几何平均滴度各为５６６．０５和６０１．０７ｍＩＵ／ｍｌ。１、２年结果两疫苗也无显著差异。免后７个月的保护率前者为９１．５％，后者为８８．６％，也无显著差异。两种疫苗的反应均较轻微。n this study,244 students with negative markers of hepatitis B virus were divided into 3 groupsand inoculated with the 3-step inactivated and heat-inactivated hepatitis B vaccines respectively. The re-sults showed that there was no statistical significace between two groups in aspects of immunogenicityand safety. At the 7th month after the first injection, the seroconversion rate and the GMTof the firstgroup were 89.7%and 549. 69mlU/ml respectively, and those indicatorsof the second group were from100%to 93.3%and from 566. 05mlU/ml to 601. 07mlU/m The protection rates of two groups at the7th month after the first injection were 91.3%and 88.6%.
