摘　　要：为了解东北地区ＨＣＶ感染的基因型，对东北地区４５例ＨＣＶＲＮＡ阳性血清的ＰＣＲ产物用ＲＦＬＰ分析进行基因分型，结果：ＨＣＶⅡ型占８２．２％，Ⅲ型占１５．６％，Ⅱ／Ⅲ混合型占２．２％型。与国内其它地区ＨＣＶ基因型构成比无显著性差异。证明东北地区ＨＣＶ感染也以Ⅱ型为主。o know the distribution of HCV genotypes in Northeast region of China.RT-PCR products of 45HCV RNA-positive sera from patients in this region were typed by restriction fragment length polymor-phism(RFLP).Results showed that HCV types Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅱ+Ⅲ mixture in 45 positive samples were82.2%,15.6%and 2.2%,respectively.Little significant difference of the incidence of HCV genotypeswas found between Northeast region and other ones of China.The study proved that the infection ofHCV in Northeast region of China is also mainly of type Ⅱ.
