摘 要:用四氯化碳使大鼠产生轻、中、重度中毒,在其小肠内建立恒温、恒速循环灌流的封闭装置,用一阶导数光谱法,定量地检测氨茶碱(Ami)在大鼠小肠内吸收百分率的动态变化。结果在明:Ami在正常大鼠消化管内,累积吸收百分率随时间的延长而增加。给药后10和20min时吸收百分率明显增加,50min后吸收速率开始减慢。轻度中毒组用药后各时间吸收百分率有升高趋势。中度中毒组的各时间吸收百分率均低于对照组。严重中毒组吸收基本紊乱,失去规律。Mild, moderate and severe toxication were induced in rat abdominal cavity by ip carbon tetrachlo- ride.An apparatus for closed circulatory perfusion with constant temperature and speed was set up inthe intestine. The dynamic changes of absorption percentage(A%)of aminophylline(Ami)were deter-mined quantitatively in rat intestines by a first order derivative spectrophotometry.In normal rats,theaccumulative A%of Ami increased obviously, 10 and 20 min after perfusion, and the speed of absorp- tion began to decrease, 50 min after perfusion.The A%showed an increasing tendency in mild toxica-tion group in different period of time after perfusion.In moderate group,however, the A%was lowerthan that of the control.There was no regular absorption of Ami in severe group.
