摘  要:本文基于Scheiner屈光检测原理,利用线形偏振片作检测光源,研制出主要用于测定眼调节静息态的偏振微差屈光计,临床应用表明,该屈光计测定眼调节静息态的结果较为可靠。对142例青少年进行了调节静息态的分布检测,发现其平均调节量为1.48D,呈正态性分布。Based on Scheiner's principle of refraction determining, we developed a polarized verniet optometer which uses linear polarized slices as testing light sources. The optometer was mainly designed for determining the resting state of accommodation and shown to be quite reliable in clinical applications To investigate the distribution of resting state of accommodation, 142 young subjects were used for the study. The results showed that the mean value of resting state of accommodation was 1.48D and the dis.tribution was normal.
