摘　　要：营养饮食引产的临床观察王秋涓，徐蕴华，盖铭英杨剑秋，吴玉珍（中国医学科学院，中国协和医科大学协和医院，北京１００７３０）营养饮食引产临床应用已５年余，它能促进前列腺素合成，择期引产成功率７５．９％，在一定程度上可降低剖宫产率，并能促进宫颈成熟，显著缩...Abstract pregnant women in 3rd trimester having indications of induction labor were induced with nutritional food.The success rate was 77.92%(301/386)and correlated with the cervical Bishop score.Furthermore the success rate increased significantly in term with premature rupture of the membrane(90.54%).This method,which was found to be safe and effective can significantly shorten the first and total stage of labor.
