摘　　要：人蛋白酶抑制因子α_２－巨球蛋白的分离、纯化与鉴定郑德先，侯充，赵清正，赵玫，王萍，许成素，刘士廉（中国医学科学院，中国协和医科大学基础医学研究所，北京１００００５）人血浆蛋白酶抑制因子α２－巨球蛋白（α２－Ｍ）能与癌基因ｓｉｓ的产物ｐ２８蛋白及其它...Abstract A study of the isolation,purification and characteriZation of human proteinase inhibitor,α2-macroglobulin(α2-M)is presented.The α2-M,with a puity of more than 90%and a subunit molecular weight of 185kDa,was isolated by amnionium sulfate fractionated precipitation from human blood plasma and purified by DEAE cellulose DE52 column chromatography. It was found to be the same as the standard counterpart provided hy sigma company.This purification procedure of α2-M can be done with low cost,high efficiency and in large scale preparation.
