摘  要:目的研究日本血吸虫未成熟卵免疫血清在抗卵胚方面的作用。方法采用多途径免疫新西兰家兔的方法,制备日本血吸虫未成熟虫卵可溶性抗原的免疫兔血清,通过免疫酶染色定位观察免疫血清与未成熟卵胚的反应。结果证明未成熟卵免疫血清能特异地识别虫卵早期胚胎抗原,与未成熟虫卵卵胚出现较强的免疫反应。结论未成熟虫卵可溶性抗原免疫产生的抗卵胚作用与未成熟虫卵胚胎抗原所诱导的保护性免疫应答有关。Objective To study the effect of the immune rabbit sera with the immature egg in the anti-embryo development. Methods Specific rabbit antiserum againsc Schistosoma japonicum egg embryonation were produced with the solvable immature egg antigen(SIEA) by the multi-via methods. The immune response on antiserum against Schistosoma japonicum with immature egg antigen was observed by immunoenzyme staining(IES). Results The immunoenzyme staining.showed that anti-SIEA antibodies specifically recognize an area corresponding to the early embryo antigens of the immature egg with a strong reaction.Conclusion The result indicated that SIEA is derived from the components of the developing embryo,suggesting its involvement in the specific immunity responses against Schistosoma japonicum egg development.
