截瘫患者便秘护理研究概况

摘　　要：截瘫患者的便秘问题是一个长期困扰患者和护理人员的难题,也是日常康复护理工作的重要内容之一。本文针对此问题通过Medline、Pubmed、Cbmdisc、CHKD,查阅近10年来国际文献和近5年来国内文献,以"截瘫""护理"和"便秘"为关键词进行检索,共查询到国内文献22篇,国外文献11篇,相关的文献报道主要集中在以下两方面:1.截瘫患者便秘护理常规的研究;2.预防和治疗截瘫患者便秘的措施研究。本文采用其中的11篇进行汇总分析,为今后的研究奠定基础。The constipation of the paraplegia patients is very difficult problem which confuses the patients and the nurses for a long time.It is also a very important job in nursing care.The author referenced the articles in last 10 years all over the word and 5 years in china,which based on the medline,pubmed,cbmdisc,CHKD. The key words are 'Paraplegia',' Constipation' and 'Nursing care'.Altogether there were 22 international articles and 11 domestic articles.The articles focus on two sides:firstly,the routine of the nursing care of paraplegia patient's constipation;secondly,the method of prevention and therapy about paraplegia patient's constipation.11 articles are summarized and analyzed to write this literature review,which will support the further research.
