摘　　要：论述吴鞠通"博涉知病,多诊识脉,屡用达药。"博涉知病:辨三焦、辨脏腑、辨病因、辨病机、辨湿热与温热、辨阴伤程度、辨昏迷抽搐。多诊识脉:分表里、辨虚实、审病机、定治法、判预后。屡用达药:创新方剂以羽翼伤寒、研究性味以立方遣药、灵活加减推广应用、和合刚柔以相辅成。The WU Ju-tong ' Bo disease-related knowledge,know more than attending vein,repeated use of drugs.' Bo disease-related knowledge:Sanjiao identified,identify organs,identify the cause,pathogenesis identified,identified with the warm humid,overcast injury identified the degree of coma convulsions identified. Multi-clock patient knowledge:the exterior,identified actual situation,the trial pathogenesis, treatment will be sentenced prognosis.Repeated use of drugs:Prescription to wing typhoid innovation,research and medicine taste to cubic removal,addition and subtraction to wide application of flexible,rigidflexible and competent to go into.
