摘　　要：[目的]观察身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗痹证的临床效果。[方法]采用身痛逐瘀汤加防风、海风藤、鸡血藤治疗。[结果]治疗46例,治愈9例,显效18例,好转14例,无效5例。[结论]身痛逐瘀汤加味治疗痹症疗效显著。[objective] To observe the Shentong Zhuyu decoction modified the clinical effects of treatment arthragia syndrome. [Method] Adopt Shentong Zhuyu decoction add ledebouriella root,sea breeze rattan,millettia. [Results]Treatment 46 cases,cured 9 cases,markedly effective 18 cases, improved 14 cases,ineffective 5 cases. [ Conclusion ] Shentong Zhuyu decoction modified treatment arthragia syndrome effect is significant.
