摘　　要：糖尿病肾病病机是本虚标实。本虚有五脏气血阴阳虚损,涉及肝、脾、肾及诸脏;标实为痰浊(湿)、湿阻、水停、瘀血。治宜益气养阴、活血化瘀。采用中西医结合治疗,可以明显减轻症状。Diabetic nephropathy is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality. Deficiency in origin has five solid organs qi blood yin yang disease due to asthenia of viscera, Involving the liver, spleen, kidney and other organs; excess in superficiality as a turbid phlegm ( wet) , sagnation of wetness, fluid - retention, blood sludging. Expelling supplement qi and nourish yin,promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis. Adopt conbined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine,can significandy alleviate the symptoms.
