中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察心可舒胶囊治疗冠心病、心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]将72例病例随机分为两组,各36例,两组基本治疗相同,治疗组加服心可舒胶囊,观察比较两组症状、心电图及治疗前后血液流变学变化。[结果]总有效率治疗组为94.44%,对照组为61.11%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]心可舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。[ Objective] To observe Xinkeshu capsule treatment coronary heart disease, angina pectoris with clinical effect. [Methods] 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups, each 36 cases, two basic treatment group the same treatment group served Xinkeshu capsules observed and compared two group of symptoms, electrocardiogram and changes in blood rheology before and after treatment. [ Results ] The total effective rate of 94.44% in treatment group and control group and 61. 11% , 2 group difference was significant( P < 0. 05 ) ; hemorheology after treatment two groups of indicators than those before treatment were significandy improved (P <0. 05) , and the improvement of the treatment group than the control group. [ Conclusion] Xinkeshu capsule treatment coronary heart disease angina pectoris have obvious curative effects.
