摘　　要：头痛病因病机:外感多挟风,内伤多痰瘀。吕哲重视虫类药物的应用,虫类为血肉有情之品,能活血化瘀,通经活络,搜剔逐邪。同时强调引经药在治疗头痛时的应用,不同的引经药,使药效集中于某一经络,某一脏腑,某一部位,直达病所。Headache etiology and pathogenesis; Exogenous more Xie Feng, internal injuries more phlegm and blood stasis, LV Zhe emphasis on insects drug application, insects for sentient flesh and blood of the goods, can stimulate blood circulation, pass through the vibrant, tick-by-evil found. While stressing the cited drugs in the treatment of headache after the application of different drugs cited by the newspaper to make drugs, so that efficacy focused on a particular meridian, a certain organs, certain parts of the direct disease.
