痤疮汤2号联合维胺脂胶囊治疗寻常痤疮78例

摘　　要：[目的]观察痤疮汤2号联合维胺脂胶囊治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。[方法]将150例寻常型痤疮病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予中药痤疮汤2号联合维胺脂胶囊口服,对照组单纯给予维胺脂胶囊口服,并对痤疮疗效进行观察。[结果]治疗组总有效率为97.43%,对照组总有效率为90.27%,两组比较差异显著,P<0.05。[结论]中西医结合方法治疗寻常痤疮疗效优于单纯西医方法治疗。[ Objective ] To observate the therapeutic effect of acne Ⅱ decoction with vamindle capsules treating acne patients. [Methods] The 150 patients with acne were randomly divided into treating group (78 cases) treated with acne Ⅱ decoction with vamindle capsules and control group (72 cases) treated with Vamindle Capsules ,The effects were observed. [Results] The total effect rate was 97.43% in treating group and 90. 27% in control group. The effects in treating group are better(P<0. 05) . [ Conclusion] The method of integrated traditional medicine and western medicine is better than western medicine only in treating Acne.
