清肺止咳平喘颗粒的药效学试验研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清肺止咳平喘颗粒的止咳、化痰、平喘作用。[方法]采用小鼠氨水诱咳法观察镇咳作用;采用小鼠酚红排泌法观察化痰作用;采用豚鼠卵蛋白喷雾引喘法观察平喘作用;采用小鼠二甲苯致炎观察抗炎作用。[结果]清肺止咳平喘颗粒能显著减少浓氨水引起小鼠咳嗽次数并延长咳嗽潜伏期,能增加小鼠呼吸道的酚红排泌量,能延长豚鼠哮喘潜伏期,并能显著降低豚鼠BALF中白细胞数量。[结论]清肺止咳平喘颗粒具有明显止咳、化痰、平喘作用。[Objective]To observe the pharmacodynamic effectiveness of Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule in terms of relieving Cough,easing asthma,sputum elimination and anti-inflammation action.[Methods]The cough model induced by ammonia liquor in mice was used to observe the antitussive effects.The method of Phenol Red in mice was used to investigate the expectorant effects.The asthma model was established by ovalbumin sensitization in guinea pigs.The model was identified by the study of the asthma incubation period and the total white cells counts in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF).[Results]The Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule could decrease the frequency of cough induced by ammonia liquor and prolong the latent period of cough.The granule could increase phenol red output of trachea in mice.The granule also could lengthen the asthma incubation period,reduce the quantity of total white cells in BALF.[Conclusion]The Qingfei Zhike Pingchuan granule has significant antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.
