槐耳颗粒联合化疗治疗乳腺癌正虚血瘀证临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察槐耳颗粒对乳腺癌正虚血瘀证患者化疗减毒增效的有效性、安全性。[方法]选取符合纳入标准的30例乳腺癌患者,随机分为治疗组(15例)和对照组(15例),两组采用CEF或TP化疗方案,治疗组加服槐耳颗粒,连续观察两个化疗疗程后评价疗效。[结果]在改善临床症状、提高免疫指标及体力状况、减轻化疗毒副反应等方面治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]槐耳颗粒对乳腺癌化疗具有增效减毒作用,能增强患者免疫功能,且能协同化疗、减轻化疗病人毒副作用,改善全身症状,不失为乳腺癌治疗的有效方法之一。[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect and the safety of the therapy huaier granule combined with chemotherapy in treating postoperative breast cancer.[Methods]30 cases of postoperative patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,15 patients in therapy group with Huaier Granule combined with chemotherapy (CEF or TP regimen),and 15 in control group with chemotherapy alone.[Results] After two periods of treatment,the symptoms,KPS,immune parameters were all improved in therapy group,better than in control group (P<0.05).The chemotherapeutic toxicities were mainly bone marrow depression and gastrointestinal disturbance.The toxicity occurent rate and toxic degree is slighter in treated group than in control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion]'Huaier Granule' combined with chemotherapy is an effective method in treating postoperative breast cancer.It can decrease toxic response of chemotherapy,enhance clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life.
