特发性血小板减少性紫癜辨证施治观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察特发性血小板减少性紫癜中医不同证型之间的临床疗效。[方法]三型分别予以清热解毒、凉血止血;滋阴清热、宁络止血;健脾养血、益气摄血治疗。[结果]治疗总有效率78.5%,血热妄行组有效率89%,阴虚火旺型有效率71%,气不摄血型有效率75%,其中血热妄行组临床疗效最好,阴虚火旺型疗效较差。[Objective]To investigate idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura among different TCM syndrome types of clinical efficacy.[Methods]Ⅲ Qingrejiedu separately,cooling blood to stop bleeding;Ziyin heat,Ning network to stop bleeding;spleen nourishing,Qi intake of blood treatment.[Results]The total effective rate was 78.5%,blood group,the effective thermal Wangxing 89%,Yin Huo-wang-type 71% efficient,gas and blood are not effective 75% of the photo,in which the clinical efficacy of the blood group of the best hot-Wang Xing,Yin Virtual Huo-wang-type poorer treatment outcomes.
