中药穴位贴敷治疗原发性高血压60例

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药穴位贴敷对原发性高血压的临床疗效。[方法]将60例原发性高血压患者随机用中药贴敷内关、太冲、大椎穴、肝俞、三阴交、神阙穴治疗;对照组用麦麸调制后穴位贴敷治疗,两组同时进行定时血压检测。进行疗效观察。[结果]中药贴敷组血压明显降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]用中药穴位敷贴治疗原发性高血压有效,尤其对改善头痛、眩晕等症状效果较好。[Objective]To observe the curative effect that sticking by chinese crude drug treat essential hypertension (EH).[Method]Treat 60 EH's patient by sticking by chinese crude drug at the acupoint of Neiguan、Taichong、Dazhui、Ganshu、Sanyinjiao、Shenjue randomly,Use wheat bran at the acupoint in control group,timing detect blood pressure at the same time in two groups,observe the curative effect.[Result]Blood pressure depress obviously in the group of sticking by chinese crude drug,statistics difference is obvious (P< 0.05).[Conclusion]Sticking by chinese crude drug treat essential hypertension (EH) efficiendy,especially to improve symptom headache or dizzy and so on.
