摘 要:以自发单层分散理论为指导,比较研究了不同条件对CaBr-2和CaCl_2在粗孔硅胶上单层分散的影响,以及35℃时二体系不同担载量微波样品的氨吸附等温线和吸附量衰减情况.结果表明,经焙烧分散,CaBr_2/硅胶体系的单层分散阈值介于0.5 g/g~0.6 g/g之间,CaCl_2/硅胶体系的阈值小于0.4 g/g;经微波辐射分散,二体系的阈值均介于0.5 g/g~0.6 g/g之间.说明微波辐射对二体系单层分散更有利.微波辐射样品的吸附实验表明,当二体系的担载量为0.5 g/g时,其吸附量达到最大,且在吸附—脱附循环中无衰减,均有明显的阈值效应.在相同条件下,CaCl_2/硅胶的吸附效果显著好于CaBr_2/硅胶.According to the spontaneous monolayer dispersion theory,we comparatively researched the effect of different conditions for the monolayer dispersion of CaBr_2 and CaCl_2 onto silochrom,as well as the situations of ammonia adsorption isotherm and attenuation of microwave-samples of different loading at 35 ℃.The results show that the dispersion threshold of CaBr_2/silochrom is between 0.5g/g and 0.6 g/g,and the one of CaCl_2/silochrom is lower than 0.4 g/g when the two systems are dispersed by roasting. The dispersion threshold of the two systems,however,will all range from 0.5 g/g to 0.6 g/g when they are dispersed by microwave radiation.It is proved that microwave radiation is more suitable for monolayer dispersion of the two systems.Adsorption experiments display that samples with loading of 0.5g/g,which are dispersed by microwave radiation,could reach the maximum capacity of ammonia adsorption and don't present the attenuation phenomenon.This is in accord with the threshold effect.The ammonia adsorption effect of CaCl_2/silochrom is well than the effect of CaBr_2/silochrom at the same conditions.
