摘 要:本文对我国100份冬瓜种质资源的熟性与果实特征进行详细的研究与分析,并利用隶属函数进行冬瓜的熟性、果形的分类;提出冬瓜的熟性、大小与果形分类的量化指标.对其中70份资源采用RAPD分子标记技术分析.挑选11条RAPD引物对这些资源进行遗传多样性分析.共扩出74带,其中有多态性位点30个.这些冬瓜品种资源的相似系数在0.703~0.986之间.The main agronomic characters were researched and analyzed in wax gourd including ripeness and fruit among 100 accessions from different region in China.Subordination function was used to classify them by main agronomic characters including ripeness and fruit.Quantitative classification indexes of ripeness and fruit shape in wax gourd were put forward.Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) molecular markers were used to detect the genetic diversity among 70 Chinese wax gourd germplasms.11 selected RAPD primers were used to analyze the diversity.A total of 74 DNA bands were amplified,30 of which were polymorphism.The genetic similarity among 70 Chinese wax gourds varied from 0.703 to 0.986.
