摘　　要：目的探讨军事训练致膝关节交叉韧带损伤的原因和治疗现状,指导本病的预防和正确治疗。方法通过对2000年1月～2009年1月,我院收治本训练伤住院患者82例(86膝)的回顾性分析,查找致伤原因,分析受伤机制;同时对基层部队和上级医院目前治疗状况的分析,提出了预防和改进的措施。结果本训练伤主要集中于几个训练科目中;基层部队对症状较轻的患者具有明显延误诊治的现象;MR是最好的影像学诊断方法;关节镜手术是诊断和治疗本病的"金标准"。结论本训练伤应重在预防,一旦损伤,应早诊断、早治疗,防止膝关节继发性损伤。Objective To study the cause and treatment of knee cruciate ligament injury in military training in order to prevent and treat injury correctly.Methods 82 subjects(86 knees)were treated arthroscopically in the recent nine years.On retrospective analysis, we found the cause of injury and analysed the mechanism of injury during training.We administered different therapies in the camps and in the hospital,and suggested ways of prevention and improvement.Results The training-caused injury occurred in several training courses.Its diagnosis and treatment were often delayed.The best iconographic way was MRI.Arthrocopy was the'golden standard'for curing the disease.Conclusion Prevention is better than treatment of training-caused injury.Cruciate ligament injury shoud be diagnosed and treated soon to prevent secondary injury of the knee joint.
